The Thermo Sash IIIe is the latest offering from Patio Pacific for a window mounted pet door. This is a significant upgrade from the now obsolete Thermo Sash II, as it uses low e glass for better insulation and the fantastic Endura flap system for a great sealing pet door. This pet door comes with no window lock, due to the difficulty in finding a lock that works with every type of window. One simple solution is to put a screw into the track right above the pet door so that if the door is raised the frame hits the head of the screw. This is easy to do and inconspicuous. The hole can be covered up with a small blob of silicone and its almost impossible to detect.

The largest #12 flap size is not available in the 22-25 inch width.
