The Pet Safe Classic is a good quality door at a great
price that has the ability to be installed into a very thin surface,
such as a kick plate in the bottom of a screen or storm door, or in
a roll up garage door. The locking cover is a thermoplastic which is
purported to be stronger and better than steel, and
it has spring loaded pin locks to prevent it being opened from the outside.
Anyone familiar with the old Pet Eze door will note that the flaps
are now a smoke tint; the replacement flaps will fit
your old Pet Eze door with clear flaps, as the color is all that has
changed.
